Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

1. Services

ClearPoint Window Cleaning Co ("ClearPoint," "we," "us") provides window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services in the Miami, Florida area. The specific services for any job are those described in the quote you approve.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and are based on the information you provide, such as window count, number of stories, and property access. The approved quote is the price for the described work. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will discuss any price change with you before doing additional work.

3. Scheduling and access

Please make sure we can access the areas to be cleaned at the scheduled time, including gates and pets secured where relevant. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.

4. Weather

Some services depend on safe weather conditions. If weather makes it unsafe or impractical to complete the work, we will reschedule with you at no penalty.

5. Our guarantee

We walk each job with you before we leave whenever possible. If you find a streak, drip, or missed spot after a service, contact us promptly and we will return to correct it at no charge.

6. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed and approved, unless we agree otherwise in writing for recurring or commercial accounts.

7. Pre-existing conditions

We take care with your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects such as scratched glass, failed window seals, cracked panes, torn screens, or fragile fixtures, and we may point these out before starting work.

8. Website use

This website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is current. The quote form opens a text message on your device; standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPoint's total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
